CPA stands for cost-per-action, also known as cost-per-acquisition. CPA is a metric that measures how much you pay for a particular action, or conversion. This action could be anything from filling out a form to buying a product. CPA bidding is a form of paid advertising that means you only pay when a user completes your chosen action, as opposed to cost-per-click bidding, for example, where you pay every time a user clicks on your ad.
