Iranian Apps Removed From Apple App Store

Apple has not yet commented on the matter

It has emerged that Apple is removing Iranian apps from its App Store. Apps originating in the country are slowly being removed, including the country’s most popular ecommerce platform Digikala, which reported its app being deleted. Apple has reportedly sent a statement to start-ups attempting to launch apps telling them that “there is no App Store available for the territory of Iran”. The company is yet to comment on the matter.
