Advertisers will now be able to see how many calls their ads trigger
Google has announced that customers in both India and South Africa will now have access to its call reporting tool. Call reporting has been available in countries like the US for some years now. The feature allows advertisers to see the impact of their ad campaigns by showing them the number of calls that they receive from their AdWords Express ad, along with the number of clicks. Google said that call reporting is “now available in India and South Africa to give deeper insight into calls performance at no additional cost”. Google also added that it will allow businesses in both countries to see which calls they receive are “resulting in valuable conversions”.
